What am I signing up for?
You're investing in MushFocus - a daily Lion's Mane supplement that can help with creating a routine for understanding how strong your cognitive baseline actually is.
What's in the supplement?
90 capsules of Lion's Mane (hericium erinaceus) extract, 550mg per capsule.
What are the potential benefits?
People often associate Lion's Mane itself with:
- Mental clarity during longer tasks
- Focus endurance rather than short bursts
- Smoother task switching
- Fewer cognitive drop-offs across the day
By keeping conditions consistent, you give your brain a fair opportunity to respond - or not. Both outcomes are meaningful.
How to follow the MushFocus protocol?
Without attention, supplements feel like they "don't work." MushFocus is designed to prevent this.
Take 3 capsules daily
At the same time each day. With food or without, consistency matters more than timing.
Keep everything else the same
Avoid adding or changing other supplements as MushFocus is designed to reduce noise, not add to it.
Consistency is the input. Time does the rest.
Check in with yourself regularly
You don’t need to journal daily. (however, I do recommend it) Once a week should be enough.
Take 2-3 minutes to notice:
- How sustained focus felt during longer tasks
- How quickly mental fatigue showed up
- How smooth task switching felt
- Whether any off-days felt less disruptive
No scoring. No tracking apps. Just awareness.
A note on expectations
Most changes, when they happen, are subtle and cumulative.
Noticing very little is still information. Clarity doesn’t come from forcing a result.
What happens if I don't feel anything?
That's more common than people expect, and it doesn't mean something went wrong.
Not feeling anything dramatic can simply mean:
- Your baseline was already relatively stable
- Changes are subtle enough to go unnoticed without reflection
- This input doesn’t meaningfully affect your system
All three are valid outcomes.
The goal of MushFocus isn’t to force a feeling, but to create clear conditions, and if nothing changes under consistent use, that’s still useful information – telling you this isn’t a variable your brain needs.
Either way, you’re left with clarity rather than guesswork.
What are functional mushrooms?
Unlike culinary mushrooms, functional ones are often consumed because of their potential adaptogenic, immune-supporting, and cognitive-enhancing properties.
