These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MUSHFOCUS website and the purchase of MUSHFOCUS products, including the 30-Day Cognitive Baseline Program (the “Program”).
By purchasing or using MUSHFOCUS products, you agree to these Terms.

MUSHFOCUS provides:
- Lion’s Mane supplement capsules
- A structured 30-day cognitive baseline program
- Supporting materials (email guidance, tracking frameworks, and educational content)
The Program is designed to support personal tracking and routine building.
4. Not Medical Advice
MUSHFOCUS products and content:
- Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Do not replace professional medical advice
You should consult a healthcare professional before use if you:
- Are taking medication
- Have a medical condition
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Use is at your own discretion.
5. Eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
6. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed before order fulfillment
- MUSHFOCUS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order
All prices displayed by MUSHFOCUS include applicable VAT where required by law but exclude any additional charges that may apply depending on the delivery destination.
For deliveries outside the European Union, or in cases where local regulations apply, the customer is solely responsible for:
- Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes
- Any handling or clearance charges imposed by the carrier or customs authorities
MUSHFOCUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Such fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery where applicable.
MUSHFOCUS shall not be held liable for:
- Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping
- Delays caused by customs clearance processes
- Failure of delivery due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, MUSHFOCUS reserves the right to deduct any incurred costs (including return shipping and handling) from any eligible refund.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, usually no more than 10 business days
- MUSHFOCUS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
- MUSHFOCUS is not responsible for any additional fees or caused by carriers
Important:
Program timing (emails, guidance) may begin based on estimated or confirmed delivery date.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the product:
- Opened or used products are non-refundable
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unless exempt

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
9. Subscription / Reorders
- Customers may be offered follow-up purchases during or after the initial 30-day period
- No automatic subscription is applied unless explicitly selected at checkout
- Customers are responsible for reordering in time to avoid interruption

- Individual results
The Program is intended as a self-observation and routine-building framework, not a guaranteed outcome system.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by MUSHFOCUS, including:
- Emails
- Frameworks
- Tracking systems
- Written materials
…is the intellectual property of MUSHFOCUS and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MUSHFOCUS shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Personal health outcomes resulting from product use
- Misuse of the product
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
13. User Responsibility
You agree to:
- Use the product as directed
- Take responsibility for your own health decisions
- Not misuse or resell the product in unauthorized ways
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the MUSHFOCUS Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Terms
